What is the return policy?

Your jewelry should feel as perfect as the moment you imagined it. If it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the day your order arrives, giving you time to ensure it’s exactly what you dreamed of.

  • The piece must be unworn, in pristine condition, and accompanied by its original packaging, certificates, and tags.
  • Bespoke creations, engraved pieces, and custom orders are made exclusively for you and are therefore non-returnable.
  • Our team will guide you through a seamless return or exchange process, arranging secure, insured shipping so your piece is safe every step of the way.
  • Returns are complimentary within UAE. International returns may incur shipping charges.

When will I get my order?

At Diamond City, we’re committed to delivering your jewelry quickly, safely, and with care.

Currently our delivery times are as follow-

  • 4 day delivery within UAE.
  • 10 to 15 day delivery outside UAE.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, and another once your package is on its way.

Where are your products manufactured?

Every piece of our jewelry is crafted in-house at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Gold and Diamond Park, Dubai. From the first sketch to the final polish, our skilled artisans and gem setters work under one roof, ensuring unmatched quality and attention to detail.

Our facility is equipped with advanced technology alongside traditional handcrafting techniques, allowing us to create designs that are both precise and timeless. By manufacturing in-house, we have complete control over the sourcing of materials, the ethical standards of production, and the quality of each finished piece.

This direct-from-our-workshop approach means you receive jewelry that is not only authentic and beautifully made but also priced fairly—without unnecessary middlemen.
How much does shipping cost?

For orders within the UAE, we offer Free Shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

For International orders, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Is my payment secure?

Yes, we use SSL-encrypted payment gateways and do not store your card details. You can shop with confidence knowing your information is protected.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, all our jewelry comes in premium packaging. Upon request, we can add a personalized note and elegant gift wrapping.
